3810926 - Enroute Form Message "The form is currently with <user>" logic in a C-Step

When a form is in the Enroute folder, while the current step is a C-Step, the user accessing the enroute copy of the form only sees one user mentioned in the message "This form is current with <user>".

Logic the system uses to select this user is not clear.

• Launch a form which includes a C-Step
• A user routes a form to this C-Step, moving the form into their Enroute folder
• Accessing the enroute copy, only one user involved in the C-Step displays in the message "This form is current with <user>"

The logic is that the key for this message displays the last user configured in the enroute step, based on the C-Step configuration in the route map

In a route map with the C-Step configured as follows:

1. 2nd Level Manager
2. HR Rep
3. Manager

Result: Manager name will appear in the message "This form is current with <user>":

Similarly, if the configuration of the route map is set such that the roles are in the following order:

1. 2nd Level Manager
2. Manager
3. HR Rep.

Result, HR Rep appears in the message "This form is current with <user>"

The same is true with any configuration of any and all roles that may be included in the C-Step.
