3810954 - "Enter a description" when submitting a purchase request with items from a Supplier Store

Error when submitting a purchase request containing items added from a Supplier Store:

For line 1, enter a description.

The line number in the error corresponds to the affected line item. When you click the line item to edit it, the Description field is greyed out and cannot be edited.
