3811024 - Pricing condition is not available in Document Pricing

Symptom

Pricing condition is not available in Document Pricing.

Environment

SAP CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a quote.
  2. For an item, open the options menu and choose View Pricing Details.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Select Add row.
  5. Observe pricing condition Z005 is missing. 

Cause

This is a confirmed bug. The issue arises when getting available pricing conditions for the View Pricing Details part.

Resolution

  • A code correction has been created for 2611 release. 
  • Workaround:
    • If the pricing condition Z005 is already mapped to a quote item field, you can manually change that field (without opening View Pricing Details). This should trigger the creation of the pricing condition on the CPS side, and the discount should then be applied.
