3811037 - S4CRM: Several Issues when Pressing the End Button: Internal Server Error / Field Symbol Has Not Been Assigned

Symptom

  • After clicking the End button, a 500 Internal Server Error occurs with the message "Field symbol has not been assigned yet".
  • When a session ends, an ABAP dump is triggered with the error code GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED.
  • A SYSTEM_DATA_ALREADY_FREE dump occurs while editing a contract account and pressing the End button.
  • In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Edition (CE), an intermittent GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED dump is triggered upon session termination.
