3811076 - Error When Attempting to Enable CMS Console Mode

Symptom

  • When attempting to enable CMS Console Mode, the following error is displayed
    • "Fatal error: com.sap.sbop.client.BadRequestError: Too many objects for query SELECT SI_ID, SI_NAME, SI_PROMPT FROM CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS WHERE SI_NAME='SIA_Name'
  • The error occurs because multiple objects with the same name as the SIA (Server Intelligence Agent) exist in the CMS database.
