3811108 - How to enable the "Notify Employee" / "Ready for Review" button?

Depending on the permissions given to the delegate, they may or may not be allowed to submit a report/request after creating it.

• If allowed, the Submit Report button appears

• If not allowed, the Notify Employee button appears for Existing UI or the Ready for Review button for NextGen UI

• The expense report will appear in the Open Reports section (report/request owner)
• The system sends an email notification to the report/request owner indicating that the report/request is ready for review and submission
