3811179 - Business Content Import Fails for Classic Experience Stories with "The Resource Does Not Exist, or You Do Not Have Permission to Read It" in SAP Analytics Cloud

When importing SAP Analytics Cloud Business Content, the import fails with the following error:

"The resource does not exist, or you do not have permission to read it."

This can occur for any content package that includes classic stories. In some cases, the corresponding models are imported successfully or are already available, but the stories are missing and cannot be restored through the Business Content import.

The same content package may import successfully in another tenant, which indicates that the issue is tenant-specific and not caused by a defect in the Business Content package itself.
