3811308 - Can we create an LLF rule to trigger notifications only to a specific email address?

Symptom

Client has a rule enabled (Air Fare is greater than the least cost logical airfare plus 15% - Notify Manager) and now wants to enable another LLF rule (Air Fare is greater than the least cost logical airfare plus 1000 CHF). In addition, the client requires that only when this new rule is triggered can the system send an e-mail to a specific email address. Is this possible?
