Symptom

We are sending a daily import file for our users and some of the users are not being created. There is no error on the employee import job; however, there is an error on the extract to travel job: Synchronization for user '500438 ' failed. Action: Created . Reason: 'Create user failed. Unable to create new user without Password' How can we resolve?
