3811347 - Why is a user's name showing up different on their expense report compared to the name in their profile?

Symptom

When I look at the name on one of my user's expense reports or proxy in to their queue, their name is showing incorrect. However, when I look at their profile the name appears correct. How do I correct the issue so the names are correct both on the report/proxy and in the profile?

Product
