3811359 - Why are government car rates changing to regular rates once booked?

Symptom

Our company has configured the below steps:

  • Show government Car rates is enabled in the travel configuration and the Travel Preferences section of the user's profile also has Government rates enabled
  • There is a Corporate Discount set up for the car company
When searching for car rates, Government rates are displayed in the results. But when we proceed with booking those, the rate actually confirms to a non-government rate.  Why is this happening?
