3811401 - How can i create a report in Query studio to determine the workflow of an expense report?

Symptom

We have Analysis license for reporting. I was searching for a standard report which could give the workflow steps and who approved the expense report but i was unable to find any. I would like to create this report in Query studio. Can i know the fields which should be used in the report
