3811472 - Error in logs: "Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown"?

Symptom

All the users within one Travel Configuration are getting an error when booking travel. After clicking on Search button, the following error appears:

We're Sorry...
We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request.
We have encountered an internal error and are unable to complete your request. Please contact your company administrator to report this error, and contact your travel agency if you need immediate assistance with this reservation.
We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request.

In Kibana there is the following error captured:

Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.
