Symptom

User is attempting to book flights using origin ATL and destination ZSV. SAP Concur Travel returns zero results, along with the following error message:

"Sorry, we are unable to return search results, which may be due to: your company's travel policy, the way your company has configured SAP Concur Travel, or no available options for the dates/times searched"
