3811554 - Why am I unable to remove myself as an arranger from a user's profile when acting as them?

I'm an administrator, and I'm acting on behalf of another user to which I'm an arranger.

When I click on the user's Profile Settings, I scroll down to the "Assistants and Travel Arrangers" section and see myself listed as an arranger. But I cannot see the trash can icon which allows me to remove myself as their arranger. Why is this?
