I am trying to add an itinerary item from my available expenses to a report, but I get an application error.

Expense > Travel Data Integration with Expense

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Travel all versions

User gets an error when trying to add an itinerary item to an expense report , KBA , CON-EXP-TRS , Trip Segments / Reservations , Problem
