When the user clicks the Submit Report or Submit Claim button it is come up with the below error message. This also occurs when I proxy as the user and try to submit the Expense Report for them.

When trying to Submit an Expense Report I am getting an Application Error message and it takes me back to the Manage Expense page without submitting the Expense Report. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
