3811649 - Why are there zero results returned when doing a general car search ?

The configuration has Always run a General Shop Request for Car Searches enabled.
The configuration does not have any rules set up to hide any car result.
Why does Concur not display any car result when we do a general car shop?



When I select More Search Options and check for example Avis, Budget, Hertz and then do a search, I get results. I should not have to request by checking car vendors when I have general shop enabled.
