3811665 - Error: URL with "InvalidXML" followed by an error ID (errId) when trying to login with Single Sign-On (SSO)

Symptom

We're implementing Single Sign-On and once we test the URL to login we're prompted with a login screen in SAP Concur. The URL after the error shows 'InvalidXML' followed by an error ID.
