3811668 - Error: "Field Custom3 contains characters that can be used by the Expense system, but cannot be used by the Travel system. The data has been imported."

Symptom

When uploading employee data via SFTP I am getting the following error message:

Error: "Field Custom3 contains characters that can be used by the Expense system, but cannot be used by the Travel system. The data has been imported."
