3811726 - Austria Travel Allowance: Available travel itinerary cannot be removed

When we try to delete the available trip itinerary for the Austrian user from an open expense report, we always receive following error message: 

With your configuration, travel allowance expenses must be submitted in chronological order. You cannot delete this itinerary because you have already submitted one or more travel allowance expenses with a later date.
