3811735 - Error: "The card account for card holder [Name on card] with the last segment [last segment] has been deleted.

Symptom

We noticed that the credit card import file is showing the below error/info after uploaded:

"The card account for card holder [NAME ON CARD] with the last segment [LAST SEGMENT] has been deleted. The transaction was imported but will not be available to add to an expense report since the card account has been deleted. If the card account has been deleted in error, please contact Client Support."
