A traveler received the error message “INVALID HERTZ MEMBER NUMBER /ID-” after clicking Reserve.
Please note: Travelers may receive a generic error message, however, by extracting the service logs from their session it will show the same or similar error message from the vendor in the car sell response log: "[TRAVELER NAME] HERTZ MEMBER NUMBER NOT FOUND"
