3811768 - How to add a PDF attachment (Printed Report) in Pending Approval Email Notification?

All admins with Expense Configuration Administrator role can do the set up, but not with those restricted access.

1. Admins should go and click Policies.
2. Choose the desired Policy > Modify
3. Email Approval Print Format: Put a value on the field like choosing the desired Printed Report.
4. The "Attach Report to Email" should be ticked on its little checkbox.
5. Save.

Access to Policies / Workflows under Expense Admin is actually restricted. Only admins that have Expense Configuration Admin role have access to this feature such as Concur Client Support Team.
