3811783 - Why does the report containing purchasing card transactions was created as a regular report instead of a Statement Report?

Symptom

We have a company card account which is assigned to a Purchasing Card Program.
However, there are some reports containing transactions associated to this card that were not considered Statement Reports.
Why does this occur? We thought that transactions associated to Purchasing Card Transactions could only be reported within Statement Reports.
