3811799 - Why the fields are not copying down if the Invoice User assigned the Invoice to an Invoice AP User?

Symptom

We have a field Employee ID in Invoice Line Item that is configured to copy the values from the Employee's profile. Why the value is not copying down if the Invoice User assigned the Invoice to an Invoice AP User?
