3811842 - Why telephone number is getting truncated in user’s profile?

Is there a way to see if our HR feed from ADP is updating telephone numbers incorrectly? Rather than 202-123-4567, we are seeing the numbers getting truncated in concur profiles to 202-123-45. Which creates an error when time to book travel and stops the booking process (i.e. doesn't allow Amtrak to be used). Is there a way to figure out if it's out HR feed from ADP or something else that's causing this?
