3811990 - Why do I receive the exception message "Code: MISSREQFLD, Level 2147483647; Missing required field: Attendees" ?

An expense requires attendees to be added however, within the processor view we can see the expense does not have any attendees present yet was able to be submitted and now in the processor view the the exception message "Code: MISSREQFLD, Level 2147483647; Missing required field: Attendees" is appearing.

A report was able to be submitted when the required attendee's were missing and now in the processor view the error "Code: MISSREQFLD, Level 2147483647; Missing required field: Attendees" is appearing. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
