3812075 - Why can't I see a violating rule instead of a generic message when we mouse hover on warning icon?

Whenever a rule is violating in Concur, a warning icon will be shown next to the rate/price. when we mouse hover on the warning icon, we get a generic message "This option breaks one or more company travel rules. We will log this choice if you choose to purchase it".

Instead of the generic message, we expect the violated rule to show when we mouse hover on the warning icon.
