3812101 - Is it possible to enforce Single Sign-On for Mobile SSO only on the SAMLv2 platform?

Symptom

We have configured Single Sign-On for the SAMLv2 platform, and we are requesting to enforce SSO for the mobile app logins only, and not for web logins. Is that possible on the new platform?
