3812108 - Why am I not getting a specific flight combination when doing a multi-city search in Concur Travel?

I am trying to book a multi-city itinerary and am looking for a specific flight on one of my connecting segments. This specific flight is not displayed. But when I search one way it shows up.

SAP Concur is not displaying my desired combination of flights when shopped by multi city however, the same connection is available while searched by one way , KBA , CON-CA , Cross Applications , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , CON-SRV-TRV-ADM-LAN , View Airlines , Problem
