3812121 - Why am I not seeing all my photos when I try to add a receipt to an expense using my iPhone's camera roll?

Symptom

I have an iPhone/ipad device and when I click Add Receipt > Attach via Photo Album, I don't see all of the photos that I have on my device, I only see some of them.
