I have booked a reservation with Air and Hotel in Concur Travel and the auto-cancel service has cancelled my reservation stating it is an un-finished trip. The auto-cancel e-mail sent by Concur Travel does not contain Hotel cancellation number. Where can I find the hotel cancellation number?
