3812178 - Why the Hotel booked through HCorpo gets auto cancelled few minutes after?

When user books a hotel through Hcorpo, the hotel is getting cancelled few minutes after. Users are claiming it is being auto cancelled.

Check "Itinerary Approval History" and possible to see that hotel segment added at 12.37 and after 1 minute (or few minutes) segment shows as cancelled:



In "Cliqbook Trip State History" cancellation is not visible

In "Trip's library" the hotel segment is not visible but the segment "Not purchased through the reservation system" is visible

Note: The hotel is cancelled in Hcorpo.
