3812213 - Why is the Audit Rule triggered after Expense Itemization?

Audit rule is being triggered even though all the amounts are compliant.

When an expense is itemized, and we have an audit rule limiting the amount spent by expense type for a certain period of time, an exception is triggered. The same expense without itemization is not triggering the Audit Rule.
