3812261 - Why is the Employee's Report stuck in my Approval queue, even though I have approved it several times?

An Approver has an Expense Report to Approve on behalf of an Employee which is stuck in their Approval queue, they Click the Approve button several times, but the Report is still sitting in their queue for Approval, which then Expires after five days and is sent to my Approver, who then sends back the report and the procedure starts all over again.

I have an Expense Report to Approve and although I have clicked the Approved button several Times, it is still sitting in my approval queue , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
