SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
A user goes to the Sign In page at eu1.concursolutions.com, inserts a Username and clicks Next. The page is reloaded, but its URL changes to concursolutions.com instead (or vice-versa). Then, the user types in the Password and clicks Sign In, but there is an error saying that this Password is incorrect. After several attempts, the user is locked out.
