When users that share the same Expense Report Header Form are creating an Expense Report they are getting the following Application Error.
'Unexpected system Error. Please try your action one more time. If you encounter the error again. Please forward all information, including the events leading to the system error, to your Expense Administrator.'

Whenever Users in a particular Expense group are creating an Expense Report they get an application error , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
