3812475 - Could we have one pop up window displaying approval flow page when user submit expense report?

Symptom

We have one workflow which allows user to add approver in approval flow before submitting report. However, we noticed that if report sent back to user, the ad-hoc approver will not be kept in approval flow when user re-submit this report. Could we have one pop up window displaying approval flow page when user submit expense report to inform them checking?
