3812508 - How does the system convert to GMT when using the 24-hour format combined with TIMEBAND? Legacy TA

Symptom

Please check the attached itinerary's algorithm as we have again errors in the calculations.

Start date 01.11.2024 00:01 (12:01 AM)
End date 06.11.2024 12:40 (12:40 PM)

The result should've been 6 full days , but instead Concur returns 5.5 days. On the last day we have 12 hours and 40 minutes, not under 1 hour. So this is not the "under 25th hour" error.
