Approval Email includes the following instructions:

"Action required. One of your employees has submitted a request for travel that is either out of policy or includes international travel. Please review the trip details, then approve or reject the request following the instructions below."

Please advise on how to modify this text so that the approver can approve or reject the request in a timely manner.
