3812565 - Can I remove the Hide/Show Exceptions button when viewing expense reports?

When I open expense reports that contain exceptions, there is a button on the right side of the screen to "Hide Exceptions" or "Show Exceptions". Can we remove this button to make sure that every User, Approver and Processor will see the exceptions in the report?
