3812657 - How can I change the allocation from percentage to amount in Expense?

A User created a new Expense Report and entered Allocations. She entered the Allocations as amounts. However, when she clicked Save, it was automatically converted into percentage. This is confusing and hard to verify that the allocation is the desired amount. How can this be changed back to read the amount that was allocated instead of a percentage?
