3812716 - Why does an Itemized Expense with Attendees have Zero cost-per-Attendee?

I've been looking over various expense reports and I'm noticing multiple expenses with attendees that are all showing $0.00 for each attendee. Why isn't Concur allocating the cost per attendee on these expenses?
