3812904 - Why are some columns not matching the SAE file with the details in the user profile?

Symptom

For some users the data in SAE/Extract file is not matching with the details we have for the user, especially the details from Report Header. For example, one of the custom fields data is different in the user profile and it appears different in the SAE file.
