3813092 - Why does Red flags appear on all expense items in iOS devices, but not in Concur web?

One of our power users sees little red flags in the upper right corner of every expense in Concur Mobile. When he clicks on an expense to see the details there is no explanation of what the flag means. 
When we look at his account in Concur Web there are no red flags.
