Using the google maps tools w would like to know if there is any way they can consolidate the employee's "Personal Car Mileage" expenses to one expense every month. So instead of 60 expense line items we would like to have only one.
Employees will be traveling 3 times every day, five times a week, and this means that they will have about 60 Personal Car Expenses in their report.
