Symptom

Why would I receive one of the messages below when this is the first time the user is being created in our SAP Concur instance?

  • 'Duplicate Login_ID'
  • Login ID Already in Use
  • 'Please choose another login ID or contact your administrator for assistance'
  • 'Login ID Associated with Deactivated Profile'
