3813162 - Why isn't the password that I set in the import file working when the new user tries to log in?

Symptom

We have an Employee Import file that runs daily. In the 100 record type, the password option that we chose on the Password gen column is not working when the new users are trying to log in for the first time. Why is this feature no longer working?
