3813219 - Would it possible to set always round down or up while calculating tax amount ?

Symptom

I am aware of that tax calculated amount is calculated based on the nearest whole number. But if it's possible to set system always round down or up while calculating tax amount ?

For example - Always round down: 191.8 -> 191, 191.3 -> 191
For example - Always round up: 191.8 -> 192, 191.3 -> 192
